Anesa Moyer
Vice President of Clinical Operations

Anesa Moyer serves as Vice President of Clinical Operations at Kinaset Therapeutics, bringing more than two decades of leadership experience in clinical operations, most recently at Areteia and Allakos Therapeutics.  With expertise in respiratory and immunologic diseases, she has led complex, global Phase I–III programs across multiple indications.  Anesa has a strong track record of building and scaling high-performing clinical operations organizations, optimizing CRO and vendor partnerships, and delivering critical development milestones on time and within budget.

Anesa has led programs from first-in-human studies through late-stage pivotal trials in both CRO and biotech environments, overseeing global portfolios spanning North America, Europe, MENA, Asia-Pacific and Latin America. Her expertise includes operational strategy, risk management, regulatory compliance and capital-efficient execution in fast-growing biotech settings. Anesa is recognized for her disciplined, data-driven leadership approach and her ability to translate clinical strategy into reliable development outcomes that support long-term enterprise value.

Anesa holds a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy and a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies and brings a strong patient-centered perspective to clinical development.
